BMW G87 M2 CS Style Carbon Fiber Trunk
$2,199.95
Upgrade the rear of your BMW M2 with this CS Style Carbon Fiber Trunk. This piece is made using 100% dry carbon fiber and serves as a full replacement for your factory trunk lid, giving your M2 a clean and finished CS-inspired look. The raised ducktail profile adds definition to the rear while showcasing a rich carbon weave. Each trunk is sealed with a UV-resistant high-gloss clear coat that protects the carbon from the elements and keeps its shine looking fresh for years. Every unit is inspected before shipping and ships in an oversized box with extra protection to guard against transit damage.
Installation
This is a full trunk lid replacement, so plan for a moderate amount of work during installation. You will need to transfer your factory hardware over to the new trunk, including the latch mechanism, emblems, license plate lighting, and any wiring for the third brake light and trunk release. The carbon trunk mounts to your factory hinges and mounting points, but hinge adjustment and panel gap alignment take patience to get an even, flush fit against the rear quarters and bumper. Because of the wiring and alignment involved, we recommend having an experienced installer or body shop handle the swap. For the best fit possible, we recommend having a professional shop install this piece.
