Product details, images and specifications come largely from the manufacturers and distributors we sell for. Images, logos and product descriptions belong to their respective manufacturers. We work to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee there are no errors in the information they supply.

Stock and lead times change with demand and manufacturer supply, so no product is guaranteed to be in stock, whether or not it's shown as available. Special-order and built-to-order parts show an estimated lead time. That's the manufacturer's estimate, not a promise. If timing matters, contact us before ordering and we'll check the current status. If we can't fulfil an order because of a backorder, we may cancel and refund it.

Our year / make / model search and fitment notes are a guide based on manufacturer data. It's your responsibility to confirm that a part suits your vehicle before you order or install it. To have us confirm fitment, use the contact form and choose "Fitment check".

Many performance parts are emissions-related, such as headers, downpipes, catalytic converter replacements, intakes, tunes and forced-induction kits. Unless a part has a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order, it is sold for off-road / competition use only. It's not legal for sale or use in California, or on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle used on public roads.

Parts marked "Off-road / competition use only" can't be shipped to California addresses. Parts with a CARB Executive Order show the EO number on their product page.

We may refuse to ship any product to a state where it doesn't comply with that state's regulations.

You're responsible for making sure the parts you buy and install comply with all federal, state and local laws and with your vehicle's warranty. Daro Racing isn't liable for fines, failed inspections, tickets, voided warranties or other consequences of buying, installing or using a part.

All parts are installed at your own risk. We strongly recommend professional installation. Daro Racing isn't responsible for the installation, or for damage to your vehicle or parts during or after installation, and doesn't cover installation labor costs.

Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty only. Daro Racing doesn't provide its own warranty, but we'll help you contact the manufacturer. Drag radials carry no road hazard protection.

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. We can't apply them after an order is placed.

Package discounts apply only when the whole package is bought and kept. See our Returns and refunds policy for partial package returns.

To protect against fraud, we may ship only to the billing address of the payment method used, or ask you to verify your order before it ships.
