Looking to build your own turbo manifold and need a solid head flange? Look no further, VTT-FAB turbo head flanges are made from 304SS 1/2″ or 10mm thick, and either CNC machined or wire cut for the ultimate in consistency, clean cuts, and perfect weldability. We have them in all the popular BMW headstyles and are always adding more. If you have a special need and can provide a sample or a drawing we can make you a flange.

Specs are as follows –

Wire cute:

1/2″ Thick
304 Stainless
Can used as is or with our Billet 321 Stub Oval to 1.25″ Sch-10 transition which are 30mm tall for a total of about 42.5mm

Billet:

10mm Thick
321 Stainless
Cut from 321 Stainless Billet with perfect transitions to 1.25″ Sch-10 pipe machined into the flange, the transition is 15mm tall for a total height of 25mm
V8 flanges are BILLET and are 7mm thick at the flange and 15mm overall height to the 1.25″ transition
