The Lambda II is Hyundai Motor Group's aluminum-block V6 family, produced across Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles, and the direct-injected, twin-turbocharged 3.3-liter version at the top of the range is a genuinely serious piece of engineering. It debuted in the Genesis G80 before reaching the Kia Stinger GT, where it uses two single-scroll turbochargers, one per cylinder bank, feeding water-cooled exhaust manifolds integrated directly into the cylinder heads, a layout built for quick spool and even heat management rather than chasing outright peak boost. It's Kia's flagship performance V6, positioned as the Stinger GT's halo powertrain, built with its own distinct design philosophy for a very different car than the Mercedes-AMG engines in this lineup.

Weistec's ECU recalibration for the Lambda II works within that factory twin-turbo hardware, retuning boost, timing, and fueling to an OEM-level standard while leaving the engine's factory knock protection, thermal management, and diagnostics fully untouched. The goal is the same one behind every platform we calibrate: unlock what the factory hardware was capable of all along, without ever turning the car into something fragile. The result takes the Stinger GT's halo engine even further: the factory's 365 hp and 376 lb-ft climb to 415 hp and 406 lb-ft.
