The Eventuri Lamborghini Huracan EVO / STO Black Carbon Intake System is engineered to improve airflow efficiency and induction response for the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10. Replacing the factory airboxes and associated inlet connections, the system incorporates dual patented carbon fiber Venturi housings, bespoke high-flow dry air filters, sealed carbon intake ducts, and application-specific silicone couplers. Eventuri reports performance gains of 12-15 horsepower and 20 Nm of torque, supported by independent back-to-back dynamometer testing.

The Huracan intake architecture presents a combination of substantial airflow demand and restricted packaging around the engine. Eventuri developed a dual-housing arrangement that replaces the original airboxes with 100% prepreg carbon fiber components, eliminating the use of fiberglass reinforcement. The resulting construction provides a smooth internal surface and allows the filter housings to incorporate gradual changes in cross-sectional area without abrupt internal transitions.

At the center of each intake assembly is Eventuri's patented Venturi filter housing. A bespoke high-flow dry cone filter is mounted in reverse orientation within the carbon pod, with an aluminum inlet cowl directing incoming air toward the filtration surface. The housing progressively reduces in cross-sectional area toward the outlet, providing a controlled transition from the filter to the intake connection. This geometry is designed to promote consistent airflow velocity and minimize flow separation through the intake tract.

Dedicated carbon fiber intake ducts connect the factory side-air supply locations to the Venturi housings. Each duct fits over the corresponding factory ducting and transitions toward the circular filter housing opening. Neoprene sealing gaskets provide an interface between the carbon ducts and housings, helping limit the entry of heated engine compartment air into the intake system.

Eventuri also developed custom silicone couplers to replace the factory flexible inlet connections. These couplers incorporate internal transitions designed to match the adjoining throttle body geometry, reducing abrupt changes in the airflow passage. The complete arrangement maintains a defined intake path from the side-air ducts through the carbon housings and into the engine's inlet system.

Thermal management is addressed through sealed carbon ducting and dedicated laser-cut heat shields. The intake system is constructed from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, providing a lightweight composite structure with a consistent internal finish. Laser-cut stainless steel brackets secure the assemblies using application-specific mounting locations.

Independent dynamometer testing compared the Eventuri system against the factory airboxes on a tuned Lamborghini Huracan. Both configurations were tested with the same engine calibration, with the intake system being the only component changed between runs. Testing was performed on the same day with intake temperatures monitored. Eventuri reports gains of 12-15 horsepower and 20 Nm of torque, with improvements extending through portions of the engine's operating range rather than occurring exclusively at peak output.

In addition to the measured airflow improvements, the revised intake architecture produces a more pronounced induction sound as engine speed and load increase. The combination of carbon fiber Venturi housings, smooth inlet transitions, and dedicated cold-air ducting is intended to improve intake efficiency while retaining the acoustic characteristics of the naturally aspirated Lamborghini V10.
