We understand that circumstances may require product returns or exchanges, and we aim to accommodate your needs within the following parameters:
Most uninstalled products can be returned within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.
All returned items must be in new, uninstalled, unused, and undamaged condition, in their original unopened packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is imperative that return shipments are sent with proper insurance coverage, as any liability for damages incurred during transit falls on the sender.
Returning a product may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. This fee covers various processing costs, manufacturer restocking fees, and any discounted shipping offered.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including drag radials, clearance or scratch and dent items, and products that have been installed or altered in any way.
Special order items and built-to-order products are non-returnable. Cancellations are also not allowed for these items. Examples of such items include Aero components like carbon fiber hoods, trunks, spoilers, diffusers, and headers, x-pipes, and exhaust systems that are not in stock. Special order products may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if canceled at any time after placement.
We are unable to guarantee an order cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day they are scheduled to ship. Special order items are not eligible for cancellation. Items that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with cancellation requests. We will process cancellation requests as promptly as possible. In the event of a cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.
The majority of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx with a signature required upon delivery unless specified otherwise.
Please allow us up to 48 hours to process and ship your in-stock order. Some items may ship on the same day or within 1 business day, while others may require more time due to various logistical factors.
Products that are oversized may be shipped via truck freight/LTL, which requires inspection and a signature upon delivery.
Customers receiving international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or lost, please follow the steps detailed in our policy. Damage or shortage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier before sending replacements.
Free Shipping Offers are applicable to Standard Ground Delivery Service within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that truck freight and oversize charges may still apply, and these offers are not valid for addresses outside the lower 48 States.
For returns associated with free shipping promotions, the originally waived shipping cost will be deducted from any refund provided. Restocking fees may also apply.
For items requiring freight, LTL shipping, or international/non-continental US shipping, returns may be accepted, but please be aware that the shipping charges will be reduced based on the carrier's estimate, which may exceed the initial shipping cost.
Refunds will typically be processed in the form of the original payment method used for the purchase, including Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Affirm. In cases where the original payment method cannot be used, we may process refunds via ACH transfer, requiring banking information.
Daro Racing LLC reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of store credit if refunding through the original payment method or ACH bank transfer is not feasible. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
All products purchased from Daro Racing LLC are installed at the buyer's risk. Daro Racing LLC is not responsible for the installation process or any damages or defects that may occur to your vehicle during or after the installation of products sold through our website. Daro Racing LLC is also not liable for any installation labor costs or damage to parts or vehicles caused by defective parts.
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information, errors or technical issues on our website may occasionally affect product pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customers will be promptly notified and given the option to either cancel the order or pay the corrected price.
We offer package discounts for both online purchases and phone orders. If you choose to cancel or return a portion of a package, any package discount received will be forfeited. Refunds for returned items will be calculated based on the difference between what you paid and the full website price of the parts you are keeping. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to return items.

Coupon codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase, and we do not apply coupon codes after an order has been placed.

To protect against fraud, Daro Racing LLC reserves the right to override the supplied shipping address and send products exclusively to the billing address associated with the payment method used for the order.
Daro Racing LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment of products to certain states if they do not comply with state regulations.
None of the products listed on our website are guaranteed to be in stock at any given time, whether they are labeled as in stock or not. If product availability is a concern, please contact us before making a purchase, and we will check with the manufacturer to provide you with their current estimated lead times.
In cases where a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to typographical error
or receiving incorrect pricing or product information from our suppliers, Daro Racing LLC reserves the right to
refuse or cancel orders placed for such items at the incorrect price.
Daro Racing LLC may cancel or refuse orders, whether or not they have been confirmed or payment has been
received. In such instances, if you have already paid and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your
original payment method as specified herein.
Drag Radials are not eligible for return, and no road hazard protection is offered for these products.
If you receive a part from Daro Racing LLC that is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. In the
event a part is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will initiate a claim with our shipping carrier.
Replacements will not be sent until the claim is fully investigated. All parts purchased through Daro Racing LLC
are subject to the manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Therefore, any claims for defective parts are handled under the
manufacturer’s warranty. After the part has been installed, or if 5 days have passed since the receipt, the
customer must work directly with the manufacturer to resolve any warranty issues. Please note that once parts
have been installed, they are never returnable for a refund.
Any long tube header system or product that replaces the factory catalytic converter is sold for off-road use
only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts they purchase comply with their manufacturer’s
warranty and all local emissions laws. Daro Racing LLC WILL NOT be liable for any issues or confusion regarding
whether or not a product is emissions compliant. Customers should be aware of their local emissions laws and
regulations and make informed decisions when purchasing and installing such products.
Daro Racing LLC holds no responsibility for any damage, tickets, or other issues that may occur as a result of
the installation or use of its products. Customers are advised to use all products in accordance with local laws
