M12 Main Head Bolts (Tightened inside-out in a cross-pattern)
Pass 1: Torque all M12 bolts to 22 lb-ft (30 Nm) in sequence.
Pass 2: Rotate all M12 bolts 90 degrees in sequence.
Pass 3: Rotate the center primary bolts an additional 90 degrees, and the outer M12 end bolts an additional 70 degrees (refer to your specific GM manual sequence to distinguish internal end-bolts 9 and 10 from the main center cluster).

Final Pass: Tighten all M8 corner bolts to 22 lb-ft (30 Nm)
