The Whipple Mega Cooler delivers nearly 3x the surface area of the stock intercooler, resulting in outstanding cooling capacity and consistency. Back-to-back dyno testing showed nearly a 90 deg F drop in post-intercooler temperatures compared to stock, unlocking lost horsepower with impressive cooling efficiency. Coupled with Whipple's HP Tuners MPVI3 device and custom calibration, the Stage 1 system extracts the hidden performance potential of the EcoBoost Mustang.

Unlike the factory intercooler that can easily exceed 200 deg F during sustained power demand, the Whipple Mega Cooler keeps temperatures nearly 100 deg F cooler. This helps prevent power loss, maintain spark advance, and improve reliability run after run. When combined with other bolt-on upgrades, the results are even more impressive. Installation is straightforward with included silicone hoses, clamps, adapters, and hardware, requiring minimal tools and no cutting or grinding.
