The Karbonius Aluminum Strut Brace for the BMW F95 X5M, F96 X6M, and G09 XM is engineered in Spain using 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and rapid prototyping to achieve tight tolerances and an OEM-compatible fit. Replacing the factory brace with a stronger, more robust aluminum design, this bolt-on upgrade uses all OEM mounting points and requires no cutting or drilling for installation.

Manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and CNC-machined for precision, the brace delivers increased front-end rigidity for sharper steering response and a more connected feel during cornering and braking.
