Compatible with stock or custom tuning, these turbos can be utilized with all stock components in an OE replacement setup. For maximum results, a custom tune and supporting modifications are recommended. Wastegate actuators are pre-calibrated for easy installation. We recommend custom tuning.
FULL-RACE FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER UPGRADE
Heat is the enemy of horsepower. The OEM charge air cooler on the 2017+ F-150s is woefully inadequate, even at stock boost levels. One quick pull can result in charge air temps well above the recommended levels. When your truck’s computer sees this it starts reducing power to save the engine. We like to keep all the power we can. Our Upgraded Intercooler Kit features a high quality, 3.5” thick bar and plate core, along with specially designed end tanks to direct flow through the core. The kits also include upgraded aluminum charge piping and all couplers and clamps for easy installation.
AMS 2017-2020 RAPTOR & F150 3.5L ECOBOOST TURBO INLET TUBES
AMS took one look at the almost 20 HP increase in their product testing and knew they had a game changing product for 2017-2020 F150 owners. AMS’ Engineers designed this one of a kind product to have a 222% increase in the cross sectional area at the power robbing bottleneck near the turbo inlets. This allows the turbos to breathe easier giving them the opportunity to create more power. Their engineers accomplished all of this while still retaining all of the OEM fittings. There are a lot of airbox options on the market so they took extra measures to make sure our turbo inlet tubes work with your aftermarket OEM style intakes. AMS’ turbo inlet tubes feature an understated appearance that results in an OEM look and feel in your trucks engine bay.
FULL-RACE FORMLINE 3.5L GEN2 RAPTOR & F-150 TURBO MANIFOLDS
The Full-Race Formline Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds for the Gen 2 (2017-2020) Ford Ecoboost 3.5L engines are a direct replacement for the OEM cast iron exhaust manifolds. Due to some inherent flaws, the oem cast iron manifolds are known to warp or crack, resulting in costly repairs. Besides that, the oem cast iron manifolds don't flow very well and present fitment challenges when used with larger turbos. The full-race formline cast stainless manifolds solve these issues. Cast from 347 stainless steel, the formline manifolds resist warping and cracking . These manifolds are a 100% bolt-on replacement - including new OEM gaskets, studs and nuts.
FULL-RACE 2011-2020 F150 3.5L ECOBOOST BILLET TURBO ADAPTER KIT
When garrett began development on the powermax stage 2 upgrade turbos, it became clear the stock adaptors are wayy too small - and even aftermarket adapters like spd still would bottleneck the turbine wheel. Full-race developed these to be the largest diameter and highest flowing turbo adapter for the ecoboost engines. They have over 20% more flow than competitor products.

It's no secret that turbocharged engines generate heat - and the Gen2 EcoBoost 3.5L Raptor and 5.0L V8 F-150 powerplants are no exception. Proven to reduce engine coolant temp (ECT), this radiator is overbuilt to withstand the most demanding conditions.
Full-Race Ford F-150 Ecoboost 3.5L Inconel Exhaust Manifold Hardware Kit
At Full-Race we know Ecoboost performance. The first step to ensuring that your truck makes all of the boost it's supposed to is to avoid the common exhaust leaks for on the 3.5L manifolds.
Over time the OEM manifolds and hardware suffer from corrosion. In addition to this, the high heat these manifolds are exposed to from the exhaust gasses cause the OEM hardware to weaken and loosen, leading to costly repairs. With the introduction of our Formline Cast Stainless Manifolds, we solved many of these issues, but we wanted to solve them all. That's why we've developed the Full-Race Inconel Stud Kit.
Constructed of A286 Inconel Alloy originally developed for jet engines, these non-magnetic, high nickel studs offer superior temperature and corrosion resistance. Each kit includes 16 studs and nuts to ensure your Ecoboost 3.5L manifolds are free from leaks.
As an added bonus all new Formline Manifolds and turbo kits will include these studs.

Looking for a way to protect your turbo or exhaust manifold and improve its efficiency at the same time? Our in-house ceramic exhaust coating does both! Available in black or silver, these 2000+ degree ceramic coatings look great and provide an extra layer of protection against corrosion. By coating the exterior surfaces of your turbo hot side or manifold you retain the heat and energy in the exhaust, not in your engine bay. Improving under-hood temps and increasing efficiency with improved turbo spool are great reasons to add these coatings. Please note that ceramic coating is completed in-house and will add an additional lead time of 1-2 weeks to your order.

We understand that circumstances may require product returns or exchanges, and we aim to accommodate your needs within the following parameters:
Most uninstalled products can be returned within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.
All returned items must be in new, uninstalled, unused, and undamaged condition, in their original unopened packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is imperative that return shipments are sent with proper insurance coverage, as any liability for damages incurred during transit falls on the sender.
Returning a product may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. This fee covers various processing costs, manufacturer restocking fees, and any discounted shipping offered.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including drag radials, clearance or scratch and dent items, and products that have been installed or altered in any way.
Special order items and built-to-order products are non-returnable. Cancellations are also not allowed for these items. Examples of such items include Aero components like carbon fiber hoods, trunks, spoilers, diffusers, and headers, x-pipes, and exhaust systems that are not in stock. Special order products may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if canceled at any time after placement.
We are unable to guarantee an order cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day they are scheduled to ship. Special order items are not eligible for cancellation. Items that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with cancellation requests. We will process cancellation requests as promptly as possible. In the event of a cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.
The majority of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx with a signature required upon delivery unless specified otherwise.
Please allow us up to 48 hours to process and ship your in-stock order. Some items may ship on the same day or within 1 business day, while others may require more time due to various logistical factors.
Products that are oversized may be shipped via truck freight/LTL, which requires inspection and a signature upon delivery.
Customers receiving international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or lost, please follow the steps detailed in our policy. Damage or shortage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier before sending replacements.
Free Shipping Offers are applicable to Standard Ground Delivery Service within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that truck freight and oversize charges may still apply, and these offers are not valid for addresses outside the lower 48 States.
For returns associated with free shipping promotions, the originally waived shipping cost will be deducted from any refund provided. Restocking fees may also apply.
For items requiring freight, LTL shipping, or international/non-continental US shipping, returns may be accepted, but please be aware that the shipping charges will be reduced based on the carrier's estimate, which may exceed the initial shipping cost.
Refunds will typically be processed in the form of the original payment method used for the purchase, including Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Affirm. In cases where the original payment method cannot be used, we may process refunds via ACH transfer, requiring banking information.
Daro Racing LLC reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of store credit if refunding through the original payment method or ACH bank transfer is not feasible. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Drag Radials are not eligible for return, and no road hazard protection is offered for these products.
If you receive a part from Daro Racing LLC that is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. In the
event a part is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will initiate a claim with our shipping carrier.
Replacements will not be sent until the claim is fully investigated. All parts purchased through Daro Racing LLC
are subject to the manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Therefore, any claims for defective parts are handled under the
manufacturer’s warranty. After the part has been installed, or if 5 days have passed since the receipt, the
customer must work directly with the manufacturer to resolve any warranty issues. Please note that once parts
have been installed, they are never returnable for a refund.
Any long tube header system or product that replaces the factory catalytic converter is sold for off-road use
only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts they purchase comply with their manufacturer’s
warranty and all local emissions laws. Daro Racing LLC WILL NOT be liable for any issues or confusion regarding
whether or not a product is emissions compliant. Customers should be aware of their local emissions laws and
